At EKX, we value every customer, and customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are doing our best to expedite processing and ensure your package arrives quickly. Thank you for your patience. Thank you for your understanding.

We offer local UPS, FedEx, or local trucking services. Free shipping, taxes apply.

Shipping Time

Ships from our local warehouses in the US and Canada.

For out-of-stock items, we will display the arrival time on the product page. Please contact us if you have any questions.

In-stock orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. Items should arrive at your address within 3-8 business days. For pre-orders, please refer to the shipping dates on the product page.

After order payment, we will send a payment confirmation email to your email address.

Due to network disruptions and local transportation policies, we are unable to provide shipping services to some areas. Please refer to the following for specific areas:

Please understand that due to shipping policies, we are unable to ship e-bikes to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, our non-EU countries, and other islands. If you are very interested in our e-bikes, please contact us and provide your email address or WhatsApp number; we will be happy to assist you.

Order Tracking

If you have a registered account at ekxbikeus.com, you can track your order, shipping, and handling fees in your account. If you haven't registered yet, you can also track your order here using your order number. For more shipping information, please email Support@ekxbikeus.com. We will reply within 24 hours.

If you haven't received your bicycle, but the tracking number shows it has been signed for, please contact us within 3 business days. Otherwise, after 3 business days, we will no longer process this issue, and you will need to contact the relevant logistics company for assistance.

Please note:

1. Shipping time may be affected by customs clearance time or public holidays. If you haven't received your package within the above timeframe, please contact us for assistance.

2. Shipping time will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and courier companies will have limited operations during these times. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control. Service will resume immediately after each holiday.

3. After your order is shipped, the tracking number may take a few days to become active in the courier company's system. If the tracking number is not yet displayed on the courier company's website, please try again later.

4. All estimated/typical shipping times are calculated based on past order data. The approximate times below are for reference only.

5. Please note that we are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to items caused by the actions or non-actions of FedEx, UPS, or any other parcel service.
